Misprints, damage & sizing
Misprint, damage, or wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make verified production or fulfillment mistakes right with a replacement at no charge. Refund requests are reviewed when appropriate. Please don’t return items unless we ask.
Wrong size: Because each shirt is printed to order, size changes or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you experience a problem, contact us with your order number and we’ll review the available options.
