Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered

• Items returned without their original packaging or tags, when applicable

Because many of our products are made to order, customized or personalized products cannot be returned due to incorrect size selection, color preference, or a change of mind unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the eligible item you received. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, as required by applicable law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions permitted under applicable law, including certain customized or personalized products, may apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
