How long will my order take?

Every shirt is printed to order. Our print partner usually ships within 2–4 business days. Carrier transit time is additional, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.

From mid-November through December, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday–Friday, not counting U.S. federal holidays.

When should I order for my cruise?

Order at least two weeks before your cruise, and allow extra time during holidays or for group orders. If your sail date is close, email us before you order and we’ll give you an honest answer on whether it’s likely to arrive in time. Rush production isn’t available right now.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship?

Free shipping on $70+ orders in the contiguous U.S. Orders under $70 in the contiguous U.S. ship for $4.99. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship for a flat $13.99. We currently ship within the United States only. Full details are in our shipping policy.

How do the shirts fit?

Our cruise tees are printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001, a soft unisex tee with a retail fit. Measurements in inches:

Chest width is measured flat about 1" below the armhole; body length is from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Allow about ±1". Tip: lay a shirt you love flat and compare. Between sizes or want a looser fit? Size up.

Are the product photos real?

Lifestyle photos are illustrative mockups. Artwork is the same design, but the image may enlarge the print to show detail. Refer to product details for actual print placement and sizing. They are not photos of real customers.

What if my shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make verified production or fulfillment mistakes right with a replacement at no charge. Refund requests are reviewed when appropriate. Please don’t return items unless we ask.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because each shirt is printed to order, size changes or exchanges cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you experience a problem, contact us with your order number and we’ll review the available options.

Can you help with a group order?

Yes, matching shirts for the whole crew is our favorite kind of order. Email us your sail date, which designs you want, how many shirts, and the sizes, and we’ll help you get it sorted. Order at least two weeks before your cruise, and allow extra time for group orders.
